8. REFUND POLICY

- Work already completed is non-refundable
- GST and taxes are non-refundable
- Processing fees may apply

- We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
- Pre-existing materials and code libraries remain our property
- Source code and development files may be provided subject to agreement
9.3 User Content
By submitting content to us, you grant BodhJan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing services.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY

We will maintain the confidentiality of information you provide and not disclose it to third parties except:

Clients must:

- Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
- Make timely payments as per the agreement
11.3 Revisions
- The number of revisions is specified in the service agreement
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major scope changes require a new agreement
12. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee:

- Compatibility with all platforms or devices
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That our services will meet all your requirements

We do not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or specific employment outcomes. Our services are designed to assist and facilitate, but ultimate hiring decisions rest with employers.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- BodhJan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
