Nature of Fee


The fee collected is a security deposit and NOT an application fee or course fee. This refundable deposit is designed to ensure commitment throughout the application process.

Refund Eligibility - When We WILL Refund


Your security deposit will be refunded in the following circumstances:


  1. Successful Placement: If you complete all our requirements, follow our conditions, and successfully secure a job through our services, the full deposit will be transferred directly to your bank account.
  2. Company Non-Selection: If you successfully pass all examinations and meet our criteria, but the hiring company does not select you for reasons beyond your control, your deposit will be fully refunded.
  3. Early Withdrawal: If you submit a refund request BEFORE the document verification stage, your deposit will be refunded.


Non-Refundable Circumstances - When We WILL NOT Refund


Your security deposit will NOT be refunded in the following situations:


  1. Post-Verification Withdrawal: If you request a refund after completing the document verification process.
  2. Mid-Process Abandonment: If you discontinue or abandon the application process at any stage after document verification.



Important Notes

Only the actual fee amount is refundable. GST, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 90 business days of approval.
